4. Griselda Blanco
Much like Virginia Hill, Griselda Blanco had very humble beginnings, as a pickpocketer and prostitute, but was soon raised in infamy as a narcotics smuggler and unrepentant murderer who ruled over Miami. Using her sharp mind, she lead a crime syndicate that ended up importing and distributing cocaine worth billions of dollars, which earned her the name Cocaine Godmother.
It may not seem like much, but Griselda had a connection all the way to Columbia and even when she was imprisoned, she continued to run her booming drug business from behind bars.
